To start up a website design contract, mobilization fee of 50% of the project total cost is to be paid, and 50% when the project is finished.

To develop this website to be rich and interactive, it needs pictures/graphics/banners and write up which is to be filled within the various pages of the web program. Considering the custom demand of the website, these needed materials will be provided by the client. Website is to be design, hosted on the web and running test on all parameters of the web program.

Two back-up CD plates of the entire web program data is to be submitted to Intellectual Giant academy.

The web program is to be hosted on the web server for One year, after which the clients pays for the yearly rant of the web space hosting annually.

In absence of a web malfunction, minor maintenance can be done once in every three months just in ensure that the program is running smoothly.

In cases of web malfunctioning due to security compromise or upgrading more features into the web program, maintenance of this web program is easy, but should be done by an experienced web programmer.

All administrative operations in this web program should be done from a secured computer/internet system to avoid Security breach.

After commissioning the web program, all login and control panel data are been handed over to the client and advised to change all parameters to their own choice. This means that Enux Technological services no longer has access to the control panel unless being invited by the client to upgrade or run maintenance the web program.

In case of upgrading or maintenance, the client is still advised to change their login parameters and control panel data after the maintenance. The client is in full control of the web program control panel.
